Description
Dental implants are placed in order to restore a consistently beautiful smile to the patient, enable the permanent restoration of missing teeth, provide the patient with full physical and mental comfort as well as to provide an excellent aesthetic effect and natural appearance of the teeth. The procedure allows to avoid problems associated with traditional prosthetic restoration (removal of the prosthesis, tooth grinding).
The implants used today are small titanium-made screws placed surgically in the jaw bones; they replace root of the missing tooth and provide a support for the new tooth crown. The treatment is consisted of detailed diagnostic examinations, pre-implantation surgery, implant placement and implant based restorations.
