Description
This is a plastic surgical procedure which helps flatten the stomach and can dramatically reduce the appearance of a protruding abdomen. Abdominoplasty also removes the loose skin of a lower abdomen and tightens the skin of an upper abdomen. Abdominoplasty can also remove nearly all the fat of a lower abdomen as well as the stretch marks. In most cases, the results are permanent, if patient follows a balanced diet and excercises regularly.
Good general health condition is required. After the procedure the scar will extend across the lowest part of an abdomen, usually it pales during 3-6 months and is rarely visible. Stitches are taken out after 14 days.
